While at Compliance Safety Associates (CSA) our current leadership performed safety program development and site management for Northwestern Memorial Hospital on the New Prentice Women’s Hospital, overseeing the building envelope construction on this $502 million, 18-story building. In addition, our professional staff, while at Compliance Safety Associates, also helped manage the safety program for the primary electrical contractor on the main hospital.
Medical Center

As a consultant to Morgan/Harbour Construction, the general contractor on the Provena Mercy Medical Center Health & Wellness Center, a senior member of the current VSGI Construction Services staff helped manage the safety on the construction of this 67,000 s.f. facility. The project includes a spa and two pools, one for recreational swimming and the other for therapy.
Additionally there is a basketball court, locker room facilities, a full daycare facility and a full compliment of examination rooms, x-ray, therapy and workout areas.
Hospital Steel Erection Safety ProgramChicago, IL
Before the establishment of VSGI Construction Services, members of our staff performed work through Compliance Safety Advocates, Inc. (CSA) a subconsultant to the steel fabricator/ erector Cives Steel Company for the University of Chicago Comer Phase II Children’s Hospital, a $142 MM facility. CSA consulting services included preparation of the site-specific Steel Erection Accident Prevention Plan and inspections. (Delgado Erectors, Inc.)
